This is the choice of people who appreciate and look forward to our fine specialty coffee – rich, sweet and smooth.
Wet Process coffee beans are dried outside the cherry with no mucilage. Different amounts of water are used based on the equipment chosen. It is the process used to produce the great bulk of coffee. Wet process coffee beans dry faster, weather at lower temperatures or higher temperatures.
Excellent specialty coffees can be produced by the washed or NATURAL methods.
